What do I do if I can't find the product I'm looking for ?

We do our best to ensure that you find the product you are looking for, in the case whereby the product you are searching for is not listed on the website, simple drop us a mail at support@bringithome.co.za. and we will find the product you are looking for and even provide it to you at a discounted rate !

Are all the items on the website brand new ?

All items are brand new except where stated. Demo items will have demo written in the description.

Is there warranty cover on the product?

All our items have a minimum 6 month warranty. Any physical or water damage will void the warranty. Physical damage includes chips, dents and cracks. Please be sure to read the product description for more information on product warranties as warranties may vary

Are all products authentic ?

All our items are 100% authentic. We do not sell fake or generic products.

Can I collect my order ?

For security reasons we do not allow collections.

How do I pay for my order ?

  1. Cash Deposit – buyers can deposit cash directly into our account. Please note that a 1.4% cash deposit fee is applicable.

  2. Instant EFT – instant EFT is available with all major banks.

  3. Card payments – our website offers all users a debit or credit card payment option.

How will I know once my payment has been completed ?

You will receive your order confirmation email once we’ve received payment on our side.
