Delivery Options

Delivery is FREE on all orders totalling R500 or more. We use Ram couriers as our delivery agent of choice and most deliveries will be received by you within two working days. We'll always offer you the fastest possible options for your order, so you can BringItHome as soon as possible.

How long will it take for me to receive my item?

We'll deliver your order by the Estimated Delivery Date provided in your Payment Confirmation email. Usual delivery is overnight to main areas and two working days to remote areas so you can be at ease that your item will be at your doorstep in the fastest possible time.

What time do I need to order by in order to qualify for next day delivery ?

Our express overnight delivery service enables you to receive your package within the next working day. To qualify for overnight delivery you need to have placed your order prior to 12pm to receive it the next day.

What should I do if something is missing or the item is damaged?

You have 24 hours to inform us once you have received your item. The quicker you inform us, the faster we can investigate and have you smiling again. Please ensure that you keep the courier packaging that the order was received in as should something go wrong, we may require certain details from it to investigate further. All our items are insured until they reach you so you have nothing to worry about.

Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?

When placing your order you can request for the courier to call you before delivery and arrange a time to deliver. To ensure a call is made to you, please leave a note in the the comments section upon order completion prior to checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What do I do if I received a faulty item?

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to inform us of any fault with the item. This excludes physical damage by the customer. Upon acceptance of a return, kindly package the item adequately and remember to include all accessories received with the item. Any missing items can delay the exchange process and a fee will be charged for any missing accessories. In the event whereby it is deemed that the product has been damaged by the customer due to misuse or negligent use, the total cost of repair and courier will fall upon the customer.

How do I cancel an order or change what I want?

If your order has been shipped already, you will have to return it for an exchange or a cancellation. Please note that returns on opened packages are only accepted if they carry a manufacturing fault or are delivered faulty. For returns on faulty items please see above "What do I do if I received a faulty item?".
Returns and refunds on sealed products are accepted however a R100 restocking fee will be charged.

How do I log a return ?
